CJ is 11 Month's Old!

Today our little guy turned 11 month's old.  We can't believe that in 1 short month we will be celebrating his first Birthday.  This month he has really started doing different things.  Instead of him waving bye bye like the rest of us he just sticks his hand up in the air.  He will usually do that for either hey or bye.  CJ really likes to play patty cake and to pull up on everything.  He likes to take things apart and try to figure out how they go back together.  CJ has started to eat things that are not baby food.  It is always interesting to see if he will like something or not.  If he is not a big fan he just throws it in the floor.  We did discover that he is a huge fan of watermelon and hush puppies.  Another thing that he started to do this month is dance.  When he hears music being played he just bounces up and down.  It is really cute!  One big accomplishment for CJ this month was that he said "DaDa" for the first time. Charlie of course is loving that!  Here are some pictures of our little guy!

CJ's first time in the Lake!

Today was CJ's first time in the lake.  At first he was not a big fan of it.  I think because the water was cold.  After a little bit of being in the lake he started to like it.  We hope he grows to love the lake as much as we do.

CJ is 10 month's Old!

The time is just flying by.  Our little boy turned 10 month's old today.  He is such a joy to be around.  We never know what new noise he is going to discover for the day.  This month CJ learned how to pull up on things.  He first pulled up on the dishwasher and thought it was the best thing ever.  CJ now pulls up on anything he can get enough leverage to pull up on.  I think it will not be long for our little man is walking. CJ finally started sleeping through the night again.  Which is wonderful for Mommy.  CJ is still trying to learn to wave bye bye.  We can sometimes get him to wave when he is looking at himself in the mirror.  It is really cute.  When I took him to the doctor for his 9 month check up he weighed 22lbs 5oz and was 301/4 inches long.  That put him in the 72nd percentile for his weight and the 93rd for his height.  I have a feeling we might have a tall boy on our hands.  CJ still loves to eat cheerios and has decided that he likes baby goldfish as well.  We are trying to get him to eat other things but he does not like certain textures.  He will give us a crazy  look and just spit the food out.  CJ really likes to swing.  When he sees a swing he starts clapping his hands and feet.  It is really cute.  We can't wait to see what this next month holds for him.  Here are some pictures of our sweet little boy.

Savannah plays T-Ball

Savannah was lucky enough to be able to play t-ball at the YMCA again this year.  She liked it.  She liked to throw the ball and run around the bases.  I think those to things were her favorite.  Charlie and I are not sure if she is going to be a sports player or not.  She is a little on the princess side.  Here are some pictures of her playing.
