15 Month's Old!

December 28, 2010
Savannah is 15 month's old today and we cannot believe it. She is getting so big. She has just started walking in the last two weeks. That has really made her more like a toddler than a baby. She is getting braver by the day and trying new things. This can be a good thing and a bad thing for Mom and Dad. She is getting into a lot more stuff now. She has brought so much joy to our lives. We can't wait to see what she will do next.

Playing in the Snow!

We had about 6 to 8 inches of snow between Christmas day and the day after. We decided to get Savannah out in the snow to play and see how she liked it. Well, she was not to crazy about it since when she tried to walk in it the snow would come up to her knees and get into her boots. We did not end up staying outside very long. Maybe next year she will be more excited about the snow. However, she did like putting snow on her Daddy's face.

We had a great Christmas. We got to celebrate all day with family and that was great. We had lots of good food and enjoyed celebrating the birth of Jesus. Another great thing was that it snowed on Christmas day which has never happened in my lifetime and probably never will again. It was wonderful and beautiful outside. There are several pictures from today that I thought you might like to see. Savannah had a great 2nd Christmas and she was a lot of fun to watch opening her presents. We hope that all of you had a great Christmas as well.

Christmas Goodies!

Nothings better than eating pecan pie with Pa-Paw on the couch!

December 22, 2010
It is a tradition for the Reep family to make Christmas goodies together. Charlie used to help his Mom do it when he was a kid. Pa-Paw decided we were going to make party mix, bourbon balls, and cookies this year. Savannah got to help some. She was more into eating everything rather than making anything. Also Pa-Paw made a pecan pie for us and Savannah thought is was the greatest thing ever. She was walking around in circles in Pa-Paw's living room after eating it. I think she was a little high on sugar. We had a great time!

We went to the Carolina Texas game today. It was a heart breaker game. Carolina lost by 2 points right at the end. We had great seats and could actually see the players faces. Our friend Emmarie was home from Texas and met us at the game. It was great to see her and catch up. We had not see her since May. As you can see we are training Savannah to love Carolina basketball. She was so tired because she did not have a nap that afternoon that she just fell asleep on Holly's lap. I have no idea how she slept with all that noise. Once she fell asleep Holly was told that she could not move or yell for the rest of the game. That was hard for her.

Christmas Lights!

My parents asked Charlie, Savannah, and I to go to the Speedway to see the light show. It was great. Savannah loved all of the lights and then the carousel. Savannah really loved being out of her car seat the whole time we rode around the track. She thought she was hot stuff!

Washing Clothes!

December 5, 2010
Savannah loves to help me put clothes in the wash. She will take stuff in and out of the washer and dryer. She is also learning how to push the buttons on the washer and dryer. Here are a couple pictures of her helping me wash clothes. I hope she continues to love it this much because she will be doing it one day!
